Conservation work
On May 17 Anoop and Niranjan led a team of 8 children of Khamba village
in a programme to clean a water body adjoining the village. This water body is
used by domestic livestock by day and by wild animals at night. Wild boar,
jackals, spotted deer are spotted in the area.

On May 28 Anoop and Niranjan led a team of 6 children of Aamajhari
village in a programme to clean and deepen a water body on the outskirts of the
village, adjoining the jungle. This
water body is used by domestic livestock by day and by wild animals at night.

On May 15, Niranjan led 7 children from Khamba village on a nature trail
in the jungle adjoining the village. On the trail, Niranjan identified various
species of local flora and fauna and explained the need for conservation to the
children. Another nature trail was organized on May 20 for 7 children of Jamuntola
and on May 27 for 11 children of Turia village.

Education
There were no classroom
programmes in May as schools were shut for the annual summer holiday.
Mobile Health Unit (MHU)
We assisted Nature Conservation Society, Amravati in holding 6 medical camps in May.
